Welcome to The Spiders Web E-Waste Reclaimer. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to protect you, our team, and the community we serve.

1. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Collection and safe disposal of electronic waste (e-waste)
  • Repair and refurbishment of electronic devices
  • Community workshops on repair skills and sustainability
  • Custom solutions for local businesses and households

All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Collection & Drop-Off

  • Clients may schedule pickups or drop off items at designated locations.
  • We reserve the right to decline items that pose safety, legal, or logistical risks.
  • Once collected, items become the property of The Spiders Web unless a repair agreement is in place.

3. Repairs & Refurbishment

  • Devices submitted for repair will be assessed and quoted before work begins.
  • We do not guarantee full recovery of data or functionality.
  • Clients must collect repaired items within 30 days of completion unless otherwise arranged.

4. Data Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for backing up personal data before handing over devices.
  • We take reasonable precautions to protect your privacy, but we are not liable for data loss or exposure.

5. Payments & Donations

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, EFT, and mobile payments.
  • Donations of devices or funds are welcomed and used to support community outreach and training.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor unless stated otherwise.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, misuse, or issues arising after service completion.

7. Community Conduct

  • We operate with respect, transparency, and fairness.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, dishonest, or unsafe behavior.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated as our services evolve. We’ll notify clients of major changes via WhatsApp, flyers, or our official channels.
